Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
The price you see on the site is the price you pay, there is no extra to pay.
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you in 2 to 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. USA customers should note that the USA customs may delay your order for up to 6 weeks.

Refunds and Cancellations
If you find your product is not suitable, faulty or have changed your mind, we will make a full refund on any goods returned within seven working days from the received date. You are under a duty to restore goods to us, and in the meantime take reasonable care of them. This includes not damaging any sealed packaging (unless the item is found to be faulty when opened). Or neglect and damage caused by improper fitting or use of any items. Once the order has been returned we will re-credit your card as soon as possible (within a maximum of 30 days).
Goods can only be exchanged by prior agreement with us. The normal procedure will be for us to make a refund to you following return of the goods, after you have received notification of a refund you can re-order an alternative item from the website should you want to.
It is your responsibility to pay for the return of the goods, we will not refund goods that we have not received. We would recommend that all goods are returned by recorded delivery to ensure receipt of goods.
We make every effort to supply quality products to our customers. Goods can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.
